Charles Cerone, a semi-retired cabinetmaker displays this crucifix in his home as a daily reminder of Christ's love. Several months after he finished it, he was inspired to add an olive branch as a symbol of peace and reconciliation. The letters I-N-R-I stand for the Latin inscription IESVS NAZARENVS REX IVDAEORVM, which translates, "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews."
